We manufacture high quality Rotogravure and Flexographic printing machines and allied machines for web convertion in plastic film industry. Rotogravure printing machine from one colour to eight colours and Flexographic printing machines from two colours to eight colours with a variation of diffrent configuration are manufactured in our factory at Changanacherry, Kerala State, at the southern most part of India. We supplied a number of machines in India and abroad. Our machines are very advanced in technology and competative in pricing.

Our turning points:

Established in 1983 by installing a Rotogravure Printing machine. Rotogravure printing cylider production was started in 1986. Subsequantly the industry was developed into a machine manufacturing company. The first machine was produced in the year 1988 and the first commercial release of printing machine was by supply of a four colour Rotogravure Printing machine to M/s. Eastern Condiments Pvt. Ltd., Adimali, a very reputed company under Eastern Group of Companies. Our first machine was exported abroad India was by supplying a Six colour Flexographic Printing Machine to M/s.Crown Plastic L.L.C., Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. We proudly presented our first fully mechanical six colour Central Impression (CI) Flexo machine at the IPLEX 09, International Exhibition at Chennai, first indigenious CI Flexo Machine ever put on International Exhibitions. Our first CI Flexo Press was released to M/s. Print Poly, Changanacherry, Kerala

Now we are pioneers of modern technology in the field of printing on platic film in south India. Our Rotogravure Printing machines and Flexographic Printing Machines are very popular in India. Our innovative idias of code printing machines in line the plastic film extrusion plants, the the chambered blade system for application of printing ink to Flexographic Printing Machines, Cartridg type of loading ink and printing cylinder to the Rotogravure Printing Machine, Trolley type of unwinding and rewinding system to the Rotogravure Pinting Machine, splitabilty of Rotogravure Printing Machine to act as two seperate printing machines, etc. are very much apriciated.
